PPH Type Ester-soluble Shrink-film Ink

The PPH Type Ester-soluble Shrink-film Ink is produced by using an ester-soluble resin containing no benzene or ketone solvent, and pigment and auxiliary agents. It is a special ink designed for PP and PE shrink film packaging printing. 同题参见

1. This product does not contain benzene and ketone solvents, prints have no odor, low solvent residue, and is suitable for food packaging requirements; 对照阅读

2. It also has good adhesion to PP and PE films with low surface treatment;

3. The ink color is bright, the dots are clear, and the leveling property is good;

4. As long as the solvent is properly formulated, the ink is in the range of 50 m / min to 250 m / min, under cold air conditions can be completely dry.

The applicable substrates:

 PP, PE shrink films

The printing viscosity: 

White ink: 12~15 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup;

Color ink: 14~18 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup

The solvent ratios:

Note: No. 1 is the fastest, No. 4 is the slowest.

The notes:

1. Please do not mix with other manufacturers’ ester-soluble inks;

2. Please confirm the adhesion of the ink on the printed substrate before printing, and then evaluating the risk before printing;

3. Not recommended for composite packaging printing;

4. Due to geographical reasons, the ratio of diluent should be randomly adjusted;

5. When self-dispensing the diluent, please check the quality of the single solvent first;

6. Shake the ink in the bucket before use to ensure quality consistency;

7. The product should be kept away from fire, sealed and stored for one year.
